We are based in West London. All of our services can be delivered virtually, which means we can support individuals and businesses all across the UK. We can work with you either onsite (usually we limit this to within a 50 mile radius of West London) or supporting you remotely via email, phone or virtual meetings and training - or we can do a mixture. Delivering services virtually does mean we can be flexible and keep the costs to a minimum as no practical space or travel is required.

We have three basic tiers; Pay As You Go For one-off challenges - allowing you the flexibility of implementing a solution without the long-term commitment. Retained Services If your looking for a specific topic, course or service to be implemented, then we can work with you from start to finish, similar to a project to ensure the outcome is achieved. Bespoke Solutions Having unique a business or challenge may involve us to work with you to provide a tailored solution to meet your specific needs.

Book a FREE discovery call which can be done virtually. The purpose of the call is to understand your goals, explore your vision, and identify how we can work together to achieve success. Following the call, I will then provide more information in a proposal. The proposal will outline the recommended approach, what will be involved in terms of preparation, timescale, resources and the overall cost. Once a proposal is agreed, then the work will being and invoices will be sent as per agreement. A full list of our terms and conditions can be provided.

Coaching can be delivered on a 121 basis with individuals as well as in a group setting. Delivering coaching virtually allows anyone across the UK to access this support. Sessions can be tailored to cover one or multiple topics and tools can be provided to achieve actionable outcomes. Career Coaching Helping individuals to achieve career satisfaction, and advance in their chosen field. Leadership Coaching Helping individuals improve their leadership skills and effectiveness, to get the best out of their teams. Life Transisiton Coaching Helping individuals to navigate significant changes occuring in their personal lives. Wellness Coaching Helping individuals improve their overall well-being by making meaningful lifestyle changes. Regardless of the specific topic - there are a range of packages available for different durations - packages can be paid upfront or as part of a payment plan.
