About Me

Sue Whitaker (Pronouns - She/They)

Founder & Director

Hello, I’m Sue.

I started my own business in January 2025, following a significant life transition, where I left my corporate career in order to fulfil other responsibilities.  I wanted to offer the support I wish had recieved, to others to help navigate through similar transitions.

With over 20 years of experience in Corporate HR, Training, Coaching, and as a qualified Mental Health First Aider, I’m passionate about empowering individuals to live authentic lives.

I have real world experience of the life transitions I talk about and understand how they have had a profound impact on my life.  I have also gone through my own journey of self-discovery to understand my own identity and what living authentically truely means. â€‹â€‹â€‹

Our Values

I want to make sure I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where individuals feel seen, heard, and respected—exactly as they are.

That’s why our values are grounded in C.A.R.E.—a framework that reflects not only how I work, but what my clients can expect in return:

Compassion

We meet people with empathy, curiosity, and kindness.

Authenticity

Being true and honest aligning actions with genuine beliefs.

Respect

Inclusive, judgement-free environments where every voice matters.

Encouragement

Lifting others up with support, positivity, and guidance.

Testimonials

Working with Sue has been such a valuable and eye-opening experience. She has been consistently helpful, supportive, and full of thoughtful guidance. Her horse-led insights was something completely new to me — I had never even been around horses before — but now that I’ve experienced it, I can completely understand why Sue chose it for us. It was powerful, grounding, and offered a whole new way of reflecting on my challenges.

Sue has a unique ability to offer fresh perspectives on the obstacles I face in both my personal and professional life. She genuinely cares, often putting others ahead of herself, and creates a safe, encouraging space to explore solutions. I’m so grateful for her support and the positive difference she has made in my journey.

My session with Sue and her horses was deeply enriching – an experience that surpassed my expectations.
Having only ever interacted with horses from behind a fence, I approached the day with a mixture of nerves and excitement. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I knew my goals were linked to growth and self-discovery.

Professionally, I was curious to test my leadership skills. I wanted to see how thehorses would respond to me - whether they would mirror me, hesitate, or challenge me. On a personal level, I wondered how present and emotionally grounded I truly was, especially given my past struggles with emotional regulation.

Sue was amazing. She provided a thorough introduction and created an atmosphere of safety and trust. Her presence was attentive and grounded - she watched over both me and the horses throughout, ensuring our comfort and safety at every step. Her attunement to both human and animal was comforting and encouraging.
